MEDITATION - How Do You Regard Your Work?

 Last Update: December 16, 2021

WORK IS SUPPOSED TO BE REGARDED AS A JOY AND NOT A DRAG.

“Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.” -Tim Notke, coach.

Your success in any of your endeavors, your work, your job, your profession depends on how you look at it and how you feel about it when you are performing it.

Enjoying what you are doing makes a huge difference as it enhances the production of it. It doesn't matter how little or big or simple or hard the task at hand is, if you enjoy what you do, you'll be more likely to be successful.

But if not, chances are you would detest it, drag it, and eventually it will dissipate as you do not respect it. Why? Because you do not enjoy doing such type of work presented to you.

Never continue in a job you don't enjoy. You can only become truly accomplished at something you love.

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is work that serves your purpose here on earth.

Some people dreamed of being away from their work while they are on their jobs and yet when they are somewhere else, they imagined themselves being on their jobs.

Your chances for success are directly in alignment with the degree of pleasure you derive from what you do. If you don't like your job, why are you there?

If you could not change your job right now, do everything you can to perform your duty in an ethical and honest way otherwise you will despise it more. You'll never achieve real success unless you like what you are doing.

Success in its highest and noblest form calls for peace of mind, enjoyment, and happiness which comes only when you respect and value your work. Thus, you enjoy doing it.

“When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too and that includes our own work."

As Confucius said, “choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life.”

Thank you all so much for your precious time reading this post.

God be with you all always in all ways.

      In light, love, and peace,

      Elizabeth
